The Company was founded in 1949 as Ing. Salvatore Fiore Company.
The name was changed to Costruire Spa in 1993, becoming one of the major General Contractors in southern Italy.
The company has seen market share rise over the years, a growing confidence in its technical and organisational capacity to manage major projects, both independently and as leader of a consortium of internationally-recognised construction companies. This has resulted in an exponential increase in recent years of managed turnover which confirms the high technical skills/management of our company.
Gaining multi-year experience allowed the Company to be able to fulfill works in a wide range of construction fields, including:
