MANAGEMENT CONTROL OFFICER / ANALYTICAL SITE ACCOUNTING (COD.112)

Responsibilities:

1. Care and maintenance of an integrated management accounting system aimed at measuring the correct use of company resources in relation to the objectives set during planning
2. Monitoring the economic-financial performance of individual orders
3. Monitoring the company’s structural costs and the maintenance of the KPIs defined during planning
4. Verification of the correct application of the cost allocation criteria to the existing job orders
5. Assistance to the Administrative Director in the drafting of management control procedures

 

Description of activity/task:

Involvement in the implementation and maintenance of an information system to show data per order and for the whole company
2. Involvement in the creation of appropriate reporting and improvement of existing reporting. 3. Collection of the company’s economic and financial data broken down by job order and by cost centre 4. Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports on the economic/financial management of the job orders and the company (Analytical Accounting) 5. Assistance in the preparation of job order and company budgets 6. Manual entry of accounting movements in analytical accounting only 7. Monitoring of invoicing of service contracts to consortiums 8. Management of the company asset book (acquisitions and disposals) 9. Calculation of depreciation for tax purposes 10. Management of the accounting warehouse, with valuation of inventories, including processing of end-of-period physical inventory
