Systems. <strong>Preliminary<\/strong> and <strong>final <\/strong>civil works and <strong>technological systems<\/strong> (civil and specialised) to complete the redevelopment and upgrading of the station in the <strong>Baia <\/strong>area of general upgrading and modernization of the <strong>Sepsa S.p.a.<\/strong> <strong>Cumana line<\/strong>. In view of <strong>reutilization of the railway<\/strong> and the new way of interpreting the stations in the urban context, the project includes <strong>the completion<\/strong> and <strong>the renovation<\/strong> of <strong>Baia station<\/strong> and surrounding areas with particular attention to <strong>the restoration<\/strong> of an abandoned area of the <strong>old Cumana Railway track<\/strong> through the creation of a <strong>mechanized link<\/strong> between the area of the <strong>old station<\/strong> and <strong>Piazza De Gasperi<\/strong>.           The project is organized in <strong>two phases of implementation<\/strong>:<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Phase 1<\/strong> will allow the activation of the station in compliance with safety standards and full and extensive use of the transport system.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Phase 2<\/strong> will complete the entire work, with the redevelopment of the surrounding area and the recovery and functionalization of the disused railway center, which will be equipped with <strong>mechanized and traditional footpaths<\/strong> and connect the new station with the city center.
