In order to promote a corporate culture based on transparency, accountability and integrity and to foster the fight against unlawful conduct, in accordance with the regulatory provisions on Whistleblowing, Costruire S.p.A., considering that it has to date a number of employees of less than fifty makes available an internal communication channel to make reports, which have become known in the work context, of unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 or violations of Model 231.
Costruire S.p.A. in compliance with the principles and obligations arising from the current data protection legislation, after carrying out an impact assessment on the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned, has adopted, as its internal reporting channel, the information technology platform accessible at the following link https://segnalazioni.costruirespa.it identifying the Supervisory Board (referred to as the managing body) as the person in charge of carrying out the activities of managing the reports.
The Whistleblowing Platform allows reports to be made in both written and oral form. For the latter, the reporting person can alternatively use the voice mailbox on the platform, or request a face-to-face meeting in person or through remote communication systems with the management body. The platform allows the reporter, through an online guided path, to make reports while ensuring confidentiality on the identity of the reporter or, where chosen, complete anonymity. If the reporter chooses to indicate his or her personal details, confidentiality is guaranteed.
Reports must be made in good faith, in a spirit of responsibility, have the character of interest for the common good, and must be as circumstantial as possible, including all the elements useful to the management body to carry out the necessary checks and verifications to assess their justification, Costruire S.p.A. guarantees protection from any act of retaliation against the reporting person, if identified by name, for reasons related, directly or indirectly, to the report made in good faith.
